Prof. Suprateek Sarker is the President of Association for Information Systems (AIS) Global from September 2022 – August 2023. He is also a Rolls-Royce Commonwealth Commerce Professor (Information Technology) at the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia. He teaches topics such as data management and BI, transformation of digital organizations, qualitative research approaches, and global immersion in India and the UAE. Prof. Sarker serves on the editorial boards of several leading academic journals, including Information Systems Research and Information & Organization (as senior editor), Journal of the AIS (as past editor-in-chief), MIS Quarterly (as senior editor emeritus), and Journal of MIS and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (as editorial board member). He is also a past editor-in-chief of Journal of Information Technology Case and Application Research (JITCAR) and a past senior editor of Decision Sciences Journal.

Prof. Hajo A. Reijers is a full professor in the Department of Information and Computing Sciences of Utrecht University (UU), where he leads the Business Process Management & Analytics group. He is also a part-time full professor in the PA group of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Prof. Reijers is a department editor for the Business & Information Systems Engineering Journal (BISE). His research and teaching focus on business process management, data analytics, process mining, and Robotic Process Automation.

Professor and the Head of Enterprise Systems Laboratory, Departement of Information Systems, Insitut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS).
Mahendrawathi ER is a professor and the Head of the Enterprise Systems Laboratory in the Information Systems Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia. She received her Ph.D. from Nottingham University, United Kingdom, in 2004. Since 2012 she has started working on process mining implementation in various industries, including manufacturing, telecommunication, healthcare, and higher education. From 2016 – 2018 she obtained research funding from The Indonesian Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education for her research in developing a framework for Business Process Management Implementation in Indonesia. She continues to work on driving BPM adoption in different organizations across different sizes and sectors while exploring other areas, including social media and digital transformation. She is currently working with local government institutions to adopt BPM in their digital transformation journey.
