Prof. Jan vom Brocke

Professor Jan vom Brocke is a Fellow of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), Director of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) and the Chair of Information Systems & Business Process Management at the University of Münster in Germany. He is a Visiting Professor at the University of Münster and has been named a Schöller Senior Fellow of Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) in Germany, a Fellow of the ESCP Centre for Design Science in Entrepreneurship, and a Distinguished Professor of Process Science at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth University. Jan has published among others in Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and MIT Sloan Management Review. Professor vom Brocke has served in many editorial and leadership roles, including AIS Council, AIS VP Education, and Founding President of the Liechtenstein Chapter of the AIS.

Dorothy E. Leidner*

Leslie H. Goldberg Jefferson Scholars Foundation Distinguished Professor in Business Ethics

Dorothy E. Leidner, the Leslie H. Goldberg Jefferson Scholars Foundation Distinguished Professor in Business Ethics, specializes in AI ethics and is the current President of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) for 2025-2026. A former Randall and Sandra Ferguson Professor at Baylor University, she established its Ph.D. program in Information Systems. She has held academic positions at INSEAD, ETH-Zurich, and Lund University, among others, and is currently a Visiting Scholar at Göteborg University, Professor Emeritus at Baylor, and Academic Research Fellow at MIT’s Center for Information Systems Research. With over 60 publications in leading journals, 11 best paper awards, and 50,000+ citations, she has also held senior editorial roles for MIS Quarterly and other top journals. A leader in major conferences like ICIS and ECIS, she has received numerous honors, including an honorary doctorate from Lund University (2018) and the AIS LEO lifetime achievement award (2021).

Arif Djunaidy, Prof., Ir., M.Sc., Ph.D.

Professor, Department of Information Systems, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)

ARIF DJUNAIDY received his B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia, in 1984. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, U.K., in 1989 and 1992, respectively. He is currently a Professor at the Laboratory of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence within the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology, ITS. Over the years, he has been awarded numerous research grants from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for projects related to data-driven decision making and optimization. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at various international conferences. His research interests include data management, data and knowledge engineering, and the application of machine learning and deep learning to data-driven decision making and optimization. He has been an active member of the IEEE Computer Society since 1992 and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) since 2002.

Dr. Ir. Aris Tjahyanto, M.Kom.

Associate professor of Department of Information Systems, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) 

Aris Tjahyanto received his Bachelor's degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in 1989 and completed his Master's in Computer Studies (M.Kom.) at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia (UI) in 1995. Then, in 2015, I completed the Doctoral program in Electrical Engineering ITS with a research topic related to Artificial Intelligence for sound recognition. Starting in 1991, he worked at ITS as a lecturer, currently focusing on research related to artificial intelligence at the Data Acquisition and Information Dissemination Laboratory (ADDI) of the ITS Information Systems Department. Teaching courses including Multimedia Data Processing, Natural Language Processing and System Development & Implementation.
